deck your halls with frocks from asos

It's that time of year, party season is around the corner, and i'm definitely feeling the pressure of finding the perfect glam outfit. I'm doing the whole thing online for now, because screw-me-silly im so frickin' ill, i have slim-to-no patience when it comes to shopping crowds, plus it's so much easier. When it comes to shopping online for a deadline, you have to start at least four weeks before (to allow for the delivery, returns and maybe some alterations), also i like to get the dress exactly right before i shop for anything else.

So basically, i'm going to start scoping out all things bright and beautiful on the most popular fashion websites, and then present my findings to my beautiful followers.

Starting with good ol' ASOS, i'll pick my favourite dress with matching jewellery and shoesies, for all price ranges. May i add, there's an amazing sale on at the moment which made it extra difficult, tons of absolutely stunning dresses for less than £30.

spare change - £22-£45
001. £22 | 002. £24 | 003. £28 | 004. £28 | 005. £28.50 | 006. £28.50
007. £32 | 008. £32 | 009. £38 | 010. £40 | 011. £38 | 012. £45
Above are my favourites (so much love for 009 but for more of a daytime look), in a price range affordable to moi, however i'm going to choose one that would most suit my body shape and whack a bunch of jewellery and feet huggers next to it to create an outfit option for myself (and maybe some of you).
011. £38 | Body chain £32 | Bangle £6 | Shoes £25 | Clutch £17.50 | Ring £10
Total = 128.50

Some people may not agree that this is the best way to wear this dress, but i made it my aim to only use ASOS, and i would personally wear this outfit and feel super! I know the body chain is quite pricey, but i just love body chains, they add pizzazz in such an understated way and i think it'd go quite lovely with this mink coloured number. Anyhoooooooo, onwards we go.

if you've got the doe - £50-£75
013. 50 | 014. £50 | 015. £55 | 016. £55 | 017. £55 | 018. £55
019. £55 | 020. £55 | 021. £65 | 022. £70 | 023. £75 | 024. £75
I love the dollyness of the the last two, they're just adorable, yet very hard to do justice. It's quite noticeable the huge amount of long sleeved beauties i choose, i can't help it, i just bloody love them and chiffon. The one I choose i think is very understated, yet easily dressed up, overall the best investment as it could be worn as a daytime outfit.
020. £55 | 120 denier tights £6 | Cuff £30 | T-bar heels £40 | Owl pendant £8 | Vintage ring £12 | Clutch £65
Total = £216
This was quite an easy dress to do, i went for the turquoise and tan look, which i suppose is typical but i think it looks great. I like how this frock is so versatile, i could of gone in so many directions; turquoise and silver; turquoise and black; turquoise and grey etc., at one point i was going to try turquoise and red, based on the fact that i think this ring goes so well with it, but there just wasn't the right stuff online that i could use to make it work.

if food isn't important - £80-£199
025. £80 | 026. £80 | 027. £85 | 028. £85 | 029. £89.90 | 030. £110
031. £112 | 032. £128 | 033. 140 | 034. £165 | 035. £170 | 036. £199
Usually, i'd never dream of buying dresses in this price range, unless the dress was sell-my-kidney stunning; but still, it's okay to admire from a distance, with my student overdraft firmly locked away in some sort of bullet/fire proof safe.
035. £170 | Spike wrap bracelet £100 | Suede shoe boot £125 | Gemstone ring £118 | Handbeaded bag £65 | Hoop necklace £135 | Faux fur coat £125
Total = £838
I love some of the pieces in this one, i love the dress like cheese on crackers, and the fur coat would be worth going without food for at least a week. Although it'll be a while before i can even dream of shopping in this price range, i just love looking through clothing websites pretending money isn't an issue, so i really enjoyed this one.

Kudos to ASOS, you beautifully stocked bastard, i'll be back soon to order my arse off. I'd love some suggestions from followers dearest, to see how they'd wear it, or if there's anything i've put in that they would 'remove from shopping basket' faster than ASDA's own smash.

Also, what website shall i violate next?

i still need you but i don't want you now

15/11/10 - are you gonna be my girl?
Pussy-bow shirt - H&M
Necklace (worn as a bracelet) - Dotty P's
Monday was interesting. I only had three hours sleep on the sunday night, followed by a nine to five day at uni, but still managed to throw on a H&M polka dot number and velvet skirt and was in chester by seven sipping cosmo's. I took a fashion chance too, i wore opaque black tights, grey ankle socks and wedge heel shoe boots. At first i was really reluctant to wear the socks with the shoes, i only discovered them by accident when i had my tights and socks on from uni and tried my heels on to compare heights with my chum and thought it actually looked quite good, so i went out in them because i knew i could always take them off. After i received quite a few compliments on my outlandish footwear and accessories, i was able to relax and embrace the success of my risque move. (Sorry about the rubbish photo quality, my nokia is a bit of a knobhead).

11/11/10 - so here i am, alive at last
I spent far too much money last thursday, my student loan finally came through, so i hit chester with my bestie like a woman possessed. I'm someone who doesn't like trying things on in changing rooms (often at my own peril), partially because i think trying on things before you purchase them makes you think more objectively about buying it, and partially because i can never be physically arsed. So in H&M i dropped eighty four pounds and ended up swapping about half of that after finally trying it all on in primark, i spilled strawberry smoothie all down my top so i had to change into something, so i thought i might aswell try it all on whilst i was semi nakey anyway. I caught up with the bez, who i haven't seen for yonks, found out some immense gossip which inspired her to give me a new nickname (i wont say what). We filled our shoe boots at the lunchtime buffet at pizza hut before baring witness to a raid outside the train station, a boy in the car next to us said it was "something to do with the EDL", that helped in no way at all but it was fun to watch. I'll try and do some outfit posts soon to show all of the new garms i've been getting, i need a good camera though, and a decent background - below is my last attempt :/
You can't really see the colours properly, not even the plait on the belt, plus there's a distracting monkey teddy on top of my wardrobe! My hair doesn't usually look like that either, i'd been rained on and blown all over the show all day.

15/11/10 - teenage dirtbag baby
Uni is going superbly, a little boring though at the moment, and i've just been given like a gazillion words to do in two weeks. But i pretty much know everyone in the class, the teacher likes me, and i've been asked out on nights out. First year of forensics hasn't been a patch on first year of business, no-one really goes out that much, and i have yet to find myself on an unknown couch. It really makes me miss the business crew, we were all really good friends and it was a more intense first year, meeting deadlines and going out every night, yet i'm sort of glad because i really want a career out of this course. I guess it's win/win because i'll get an awesome grade in a subject i love, but i've still experienced the riff raff moments of being a first year student!

14/11/10 - she's a woman, you know what i mean
For those of you who follow me on twitter, you'll know that i hastily bought a fur coat off of ebay on sunday, it hasn't come yet but i'm excited. I don't know if i'll like it as i only had fourty seconds to decide and it was only nineteen pound, i may do a 'keep or sell' post and let you all decide, mwahaha.

the taste of ink is getting old

Fellow blogger, hannah posted photos of tattoos on saturday, and this one caught my eye. I really want the swallows on either the back of my neck or on my foot, i'm not really sure, but i've always been too scared to get tattoos because i'm fickle.

you could be my someone, you could be my scene
I get to see jack on thursday, i'm picking him up from liverpool limestreet, so we can have a "gay train station moment" *secretly looking forward to the gayness*. It's his birthday on sunday, then he goes back to london, but i'm spending new years in our capital so i'll sure as hell see him then - HURRAH.

walk on by...

I did it, i took the time out of my life to give river island a second chance, there's two hours of my life i'll never get back. The just arrived section was the expected, page after page of tacky, vom-worthy garmistakes with only the odd buyable item. Now a lot of people do actually like river island, so i'm not saying that those beings are in anyway tacky, it's just not for me. Maybe it's my lack of imagination, because i have to love something on it's own, to want to splurge out the doe. I'll start, however, with the items which didn't make me want to throw up my toblerone (bare in mind that this is not based on the whole RI website, just the 'just arrived' section).

The good...
              (001)                      (002)                       (003)                          (004)                           (005)
001. Average pick really, i mean the actual garm is lovely (minus the shoulder zip), the £69.99 price tag however, is
not - especially considering it's "62% nylon and 38% other fibre". There are just plenty of cheaper, nicer, less
       itchy alternatives out there.
002. I actually really like this dress, despite the cheap-ish looking belt (which can be removed), the tailoring is
actually quite impressive; it has minor detailing near the hips to give it a bit of an edge, the length is perfect
for this season, and i think the puff sleeves are adorable and balance out the shape of the dress. This scoop
neck beauty will only set you back £44.99, i use the term 'only' loosely, and in comparison to the prices of the
       rest of the garms.
003. Once again, another great fashion offering from river island. I love the colour and the floatiness, it appeals to my
long sleeve shirt love, and although at first i thought the shoulder studs were a little tacky, after looking back at
it a few times, they've grown on me - they make it an option for evening wear, they wouldn't really affect daytime
wear either as no-one would see them because let's face it, nobody is leaving the house without a coat this
season. Bad side? £29.99, although not a major bad side as it does have some value for money, but with so
many similar cheaper options it just wouldn't get snatched up (by me).
004. I do like this jumper, i love the colour, the cables and even the little pom poms. The price isn't that bad either
(£44.99) considering similar knits are going for £40-50, the wool count however is much higher from the likes of
topshop/H&M/dorothy perkins (80%), whereas this woolly chum is only 20% - bummer. (Also available in red
       and cream).
005. This cream lace cropped blouse beauty is only £29.99, and i think it's adorable, i would  never wear it the way
the 'create the look' section has suggested though. J'adore the floaty sleeves and the lace detail, but the neck
area looks unusually cheap, and it's completely put my off it, but if it ever goes in the sale, that baby is getting
snatched up faster than a free date with Adam Brody.

          (006)                          (007)                     (008)                      (009)                                (010)
006. N'awh, isn't it cute, with it's gorgeous little rose print. I'm not quite sure if the roses are textured, or printed, as it
says 'rose print' in the title but they look raised. I do quite like this dress, it's simple yet detailed, and i don't
think i've seen one the same as of yet. There is a very tacky gold zip on the back though which i bloody hate,
and a hefty £49.99 price tag, but it's okay i guess, i think it will date rapidly though and be shoved to the back of
the wardrobe before the winter is up.
007. This is kind of amateur, i'm sure that the navy white and tan trend came and went this autumn, i do still like it
though but maybe without the belt. And the pocket detail? Bleugh. £34.99.
008. As i've said before when i reviewed topshop's new arrivals, i really like winged accessories, and this little pearl
number is super cute - only £6.99 too, bargain!
009. Quite similar to a lot of things i wear, which is probably why i spotted this bell sleeved tunic, the almost 35
squidders price puts me off it though. I mean, it's not an amazing-can't-get-this-anywhere-else garm, so why over
charge for it - it's pretty, that's it, full stop.
010. I'm starting to sound like a broken record, even to myself, this would be so buyable if it wasn't 40 whole pound. It
ticks a few boxes for me, it's velvet (much to Jack's disgust), it's burnt orange and it's floaty; i really like it, if only
they didn't charge so much, £40 is like two weeks worth of food for me and it's not even a 'love at first sight'
       dress.

The bad...
          (011)                      (012)                          (013)                               (014)                           (015)
011. I honestly can't see these being worn, i can't see anyone i know buying them, and i especially can't see anyone
parting with a penny short of 50 quid for them!
012. It's winter, not central america during crop season, why oh why would someone pay 30 pound for these? On the
other had, i can see someone very versatile - fashion wise - pulling them off, i just wouldn't go anywhere near
       them.
013. Now this isn't horrendous, it's just not very nice, it would just do absolutely nothing for my shape and i can tell
that just by looking at the picture. It looks like someone has gone all jekyll and hyde and sewn a skirt to the
bottom of a jacket, the heart buttons are cute though, but nowhere near worth £60.
014. I hate these, i think they're hideous and to me, they look unfinished. The thing i hate most about these gross
feet enemies, is the toe section, it flicks up! WHY? Oh, and they're £64.99, no thanks.
015. This looks like something a scally would wear to go to the races, or maybe to go to the Jeremy Kyle awards
(*secretly loves jeremy kyle*), or perhaps for a good old night out on the lambrini. It just looks too busy, tacky
and over the top, like it's trying to look 'movie premiere' but just looks 'wetherspoons opening' (and itchy). I do
like the colour though and i've been looking for a cardigan in the same colour, but this is a huge no no - i
wouldn't touch this frock with a barge pole, never mind fork over almost 70 quid for it.

               (016)                             (017)                        (018)                  (019)                         (020)

016. If there's two colours i can't stand together, it's green and orange or yellow and navy, so this monstrous combo
will not be going anywhere near my wardrobe (£40).
017. Urgh, this just screams tack, louder than a damn fog horn. I honestly don't know why anyone would wear or pay
20 pound for this, it's a 2 quid t-shirt with an iron on logo, and chelsea girl? What is that and why would
someone proclaim that they are/are wearing chelsea girl across their rack? If it is in fact a fashion line
exclusive to river island (more than likely is, i don't know/follow river island), then it's the worst name for a
fashion line ever, for some reason it reminds me of the infamous 'wag wannabe/in the making' tees a while back
       - vom.
018. Anyone who parts with a penny short of a fifty for this paper looking, over designed, unflattering "dress" definitely
has more money than sense. The description also says "perfect for a glamorous night", i wouldn't wear that
dress if i was a toilet attendant at a glamorous night club, it looks like a card and glue project from a nursery.
019. Anyone up for walking the streets? No, didn't think so. "Look sexy in this black thin strap dress with front zip
thru detail and all over eyelet design" should be "pay £64.99 to look tacky and scally-ish in this black denim
vom frock, you'll make your money back in no time the amount of extra business you'll get" - great.
020. Now these, on the right fashionista, could look quite nice. But on their own, they look hideous, cheap, totally not
worth £74.99 and i definitely wouldn't put my toesies anywhere near them. However, they look like VivWest's
finest compared to the monstrosities that follow.

and the 'what the fuck were they thinking?'...
        (021)                     (022)                   (023)                   (024)                 (025)                        (026)

021-024. What on earth are these? What the hell? I can't even look, they don't deserve an item description, all i'll say
is it'll cost you £34.99 and 1 social life.
025. If i ever saw anyone wearing these, i'd throw what ever was in reach at them, even if it was a kitten. Anyone who
is willing to spend almost 30 squids on star trek reject outfits, needs help, serious help.
026. I don't like hareem pants, i don't like blue and i don't like elastic features, so these didn't really stand a chance
with me really, especially as they have the word "bling" in the item description. Shame on you river island, i'm
sure these never went flying off the shelves at £74.99 a piece, *shakes head in dismay*.

                (027)                          (028)                     (029)                        (030)                           (031)

027. Ew, just ew, this looks like a reject from Britney's Toxic video. £19.99.
028. These look slightly familiar, hmmm, maybe they had a load of left over black denim, and eyelets and they
needed another dress and pair of pants to complete the collection. One can only guess/avoid what inspired this
piece and who priced them at almost 65 quid.
029. Like, seriously, who comes up with these designs? One of the worst pieces i think, excluding the foil maxi
dresses (*shivers at their mention*), RI must be stupid to think we'll part with £24.99 for that eye sore.
030. So many things wrong with these feet knobheads, separately i they'd be two alright pairs of shoes, but together
it looks like someone with a leather leg wearing black buckle shoes. They should pay me £150 to wear them.
031. I think the majority of the population can agree, there's only a small handful of people who can make kitten heels
look good, and only a handful of decent looking kitten heels; these leopard print mistakes not being the latter.
Why do they curl up at the end? Gross. £29.99. My mild OCD was screaming at me for finishing the post on 31,
but i had to include all the disgusting finds.

For blog research, on wednesday i ventured into RI chester with my besty Hannah (i spent £200 on that shopping trip, but that's a whole different post!), the overpriced (usually plastic snake skin) bags were on shelves right at the entrance, it was five minutes before we looked at each other and said "shall we go", thus ending practical research! I've noticed that on the website product descriptions, they throw the word 'sexy' around a lot (almost in every description), and i don't know why but it creeps me out. I just don't agree with it, (i may be reading too much into this) it subliminally fuels the society that think that they are meant to dress to impress the opposite/same sex, and encourages people to walk around baring all, i think we should dress how we like and in what makes us happy. But that's just my opinion!

I shalln't be shopping at river island anytime soon, but hey i gave it a chance, now i have a legitimate reason not to shop there; the reason being that it's utter shite.

dream a little dream of me

During my aimless wanderings, whether online or out and about, things always catch my eye yet they're not significant enough to dedicate a whole post to. So i'll let them accumulate in my little brain, then try and remember them all and regurgitate them here in one huge super post, i do have the short term memory of a fish though so i'll do my darnedest.
001. A photo i found when i was just browsing lookbook, the photo is of and by 19 year old art student, Rose A.

002. I'm not sure why i saved this one, someone posted it on facebook in one of those 'randoms' albums, i think it's kind of cheesy but i sort of like it.

003. Strangely enough, an online advert for Ikea which i saw and saved about a week ago!

004. A photo by and of one of my beautiful Voodlers, dottie, her blog is wonderful, check it out!

After looking at that in preview, it looks like dottie's legs belong to the picture above, totally accidental but made me laugh.

Anyhoodles, the top three most played on my spoftify this week are:

Absolutely LOVE this song, i will really never tire of hearing it, it's absolutely victorious! I've always liked Adele, i think she's totally stunning and her voice is just ridiculously perfect, which is so refreshing to hear; especially now that we're bombarded with 'entertainment' programmes, forcing 'talent' down our throats, what ever happened to becoming famous through good old hard work and genuine talent? *resists urge to rant on about the huge waste of air time The X-Factor is*

Mumford & Sons <3 their rise and rise this past year has been astounding. I remember listening to Lion Man back in summer '09, and i was an instant fan, since then it's just been uphill. I constantly bicker with the wife about Mumf&S; he says they're bland and unoriginal because they're tied to their genre and he doesn't like folk music (i think it's just because they're mainstream), i say that although they have influences, there is no one band that you can say they sound like. Anyways, i'm a believer that in some situations, it's not how good the music is, it's the state of mind you were in when you first got to know it and M&Sons got me through a massively tough time in March - so it's in my heart forever, despite what jack says!

I really like this song, even though it isn't new, it's so upbeat. And look at his boingy hair, he's adorable!

My student loan came through today! I'm so frustrated, for the last two weeks i've been tormenting myself looking online at stuff that i wanted, but didn't have the money to buy. So why now that i have it, have i been shopping online all day, and i can't find anything i want to spend it on! Maybe it's because the things i originally wanted aren't on sale anymore, or maybe i just have a huge case of the 'want what i can't have's; definitely the latter!

Another thing which i've been looking at, even though i haven't got the foggiest idea about, is digital slr cameras. I tried the other day to do an outfit post, but because i only have a 10mp digicam, it just looked silly and because my makeup reflects light, my face looked unusually white compared to the rest of me because of the flash! I only have around 300-400 smackers to spend on one, so does anyone know of any good ones? It'd only be for my blog, the forensic photography part of my course, and picture taking next summer in NYC. God i'm bloody rubbish at technology.

Sorry about todays post i know it's a little waffley, i'm still working on the river island review, but i'm getting seriously distracted by The Pride of Britain (n'awh) but it should be up tomorrow!

first picks II

My last post was basically picking my faves from the new online stock at topshop, however, due to the fact there is are 25 pages, i'm doing it in parts! Here's part two:

         (016)                               (017)                        (018)                        (019)                          (020)

016. I think these shoes are adorable, when flicking through the previous pages, i saw this style in many colours but
the black ones are the only ones i've liked - £28 is quite an okay price too, but they best last a while!
017. Very stylish and floaty navy dress, and i love the classy embellishment, I bet it'd be a bastard for wrinkles
though. This bad boy will set you back £85, bit pricey, but if you've got the money... i'll have one in a 12 please!
018. Sore subject for me, leather shorts, my boyfriend can't stand them and constantly (and leisurely) points out that
i'll look like a gay german tourist man (partially because of these outfits). These, however, are very simple and
       un-gay-german-tourist-man-ish. SUCCESS. £38 though, hmmm...
019. I'm a sucker for photograph print tees, and this £20 number is no exception, so much love for this one.
020. I really don't know why i love these so much, they're so cute though, and i think the right person (probably not
me) could pull off wearing this underwear as outerwear. The only problem is the hefty 30 squid price tag, jeez.

 (021)                         (022)                        (023)                        (024)                        (025)

There is an unintentional colour theme on this one! Really, i'm literally going through page by page and this happened, oh and there appears to be a deterioration in the garms as i'm bookmarking less and less per page!
021. I really like fur collars at the moment, they're everywhere and they look stunning, this £60 beauty being no
       exception.
022. Urgh, i used to hate playsuits, they used to look so chavvy. But then again it's probably because the only
designs i saw were really tacky neon patterned ones, worn on their own. As of late, i've just been lusting after
them, they're so handy for layering; honestly, i'm like "this top could do with something going under it" or "i
really feel like wearing an all in one with a flannel shirt because i can't physically be arsed", i'm currently looking
to invest in a plain black one and maybe a burnt orange one. This one is adorable, i like the cut but i'd more than
likely wear it on a night out because it's so simple yet glam, i would have to fork out 50 smackers though :/
023. Now, i'm definitely getting this one, it's £35 (a bit pricey) but the sheer versatility of it is fantabulous - at least six
outfits i can think of with this, including just throwing it on on it's own with some tights and brogues - SIMPLES!
024. This coat is redundant for me because i bought it's twin the other day from dotty p's for only £35, on sale! This
mac though, is £79, and has (in my opinion) some hideous embellishment on the shoulders. The mac is a
classic, so i don't see why they designer has tried to hard 'improve' it when there's nothing wrong with it. I often
find this problem a lot whenever i venture into primark, something catches my eye then when i go over to it, it's
got 'babe' in diamontes splashed on the back. WHY?!?!?! Essentially, the designer has made this coat a lot less
accessible, as if i had it, i'd only wear it as an evening coat.
025. First of all, this is getting bought, such a bargain at £15. I don't know why i'm so fond of this vest, i think it's
because it's so simple, they've such minimal changes to a regular vest top with maximum results. It's so much
more classy, chic and as i've previously expressed, i bloody love the colour dark blush.

            (026)                         (027)                        (028)                        (029)                        (30)

026. Now there's nothing overly special about this £10 necklace, but it's my favourite neck hugger of the new bunch,
plus i'm really into angel wing jewellery at the moment!
027. This dress makes me think of The Devil Wears Prada for some reason, i have no idea why, but it's so cute; it's
sexy without being slutty, it's classy without looking stuck up and considering its timelessness, it's quite
reasonably priced at £56 (probably find a cheaper similar) and the bow on the back is stunning.
028. How fricking cute is this owl, his little spazzy feet and tiny hands, i love novelty pendants, however, £16.50? I
don't love the damn owl that much, it's not even gold plated!
029. Very similar to 027, yet not as nice in my opinion, i think it needs a scoop or v neck as it looks a little old
womany. I still love it though, it's only £35, and because it's so covering up top, i think i'd get away with going
bare legged in the winter without looking like a street walker. HURRAH.
030. I like this ring but i also don't like it, i think it's so pretty with the gold birds and pink stone, yet i think it looks
somewhat 'primarky'. I still think it's cute though but i can't guarantee that i'd wear it if i got it, it'd be the thing i
took off just before i left the house, so at £14, it's just not worth the risk.

And so concludes topshop's new online additions, quite a few stunners and quite a few definite purchases. Although there were a lot of things i loved but would never splash out on (usually the case with topshop), there were also some bargains, my overall faves being:

Next i think i'll have a perv at the river island new line, for one reason, i fucking hate river island. My hate for river island though has been an ongoing protest from a few years back when walking in the store was like being raped by light ripped denim and i think too much emphasis is put on their bags, so i'm willing to go through and give river island another chance, we'll see if it's a rant or a rave.

first picks

Usually, i'm not a massive fan of topshop, it's so generic and overpriced and everyone always ends up wearing the same stuff and looking the same. However, the 'new in' section online, is pretty impressive and here are a few of my favourites:
                (001)                        (002)                         (003)                        (004)                        (005)

001. I don't really like scarves with tassels, i think they make them look cheap, but i like this wooly bugger. It's a
gasp worthy £26 though, who on earth would pay that for a scarf?
002. I'm actually in love with this mesh cape shirt, i love the colour and the floatiness. It's so damn pretty i want to
cry. It's garms like this that i love about topshop, just when you're about to leave the store because they're
charging 26 whole pounds for a scarf, you see this beauty for just 4 pound more - bargain!
003. The only way i can go out in the winter, without looking like an idiot, is by wearing either tights, jeans or leggins.
So the fact knee-high knits are in this winter, excites me greatly. At 18 big ones per pair, i may get similar
somewhere else, but still a gorgeous product.
004. Ask my boyfriend, every time i've entered urban outfitters lately, i've been lusting after the chunky cardi's they
have in there. However, due to my lack of student loan and the fact that they are priced at over £60, all i could do
was perv and leave knit-less. This knitted number is only £48, although still a bit pricey, i definitely think that
topshop does quality knitwear. I once bought a wooly jumper from primark, and after a week, i threw it out, it
       went all bobbley and stretched.
005. Just another projection of my love for printed t-shirts. Only 18 squideroonies too, definite purchase.

 (006)                          (007)                      (008)                          (009)                         (010)

006. I love burnt orange this season, and the style is so simple yet pretty, it's like a blank canvas as it can be worn in
so many different ways. At £35 though, definitely overpriced and you could probably pick up a look-a-like in H&M
and the likes for half the price.
007. My love for coloured tights shining through, i bought a green pair from dorothy perkins last week in London, but
i've only worn them once. I've always been programmed to wear the same colour tights as shoes, so i'm sort of
still getting the hang of coloured tights, but i'll get there! Good colour though, £10.
008. Urgh, this dress is too pretty, i must have it in my life. I don't like the feel of wearing chiffon though, it makes me
itch, but the pattern on this dress is just delish. £75 though, definitely get it at half the price somewhere else, i
honestly don't get the pricing at topshop, it makes absolutely no sense.
009. I may just sell my mother for these feet huggers. They're so chunky and expensive looking, they also look like
they'd last for a while, and look so comfy (they're probably not). £100, i think, is quite reasonable considering the
quality and the timelessness of them.
010. Peter pan collars are everywhere, and i've done nothing but moan to the man-chum every time i see them,
because i can't pull them off due to the two rounded obstructions six inches south of my chin. However, i can
still admire, and this £32 number is eye-candy land.

(011)                           (012)                        (013)                        (014)                         (015)

011. Just your average £20 tee, but it's simple, i like the colours and good for layering i think.
012. I don't know whether i like this or not, i mean it's pretty, but i think it looks a bit funerally. If i was to ever wear
this, there'd have to be some serious colour injection, via either coloured tights, scarves or shoes.
013. This is so pretty and versatile, it looks so expensive and girly (j'adore long sleeves), yet i think it would be so
easy to wear it wrong. I'd probably go for black tights and tan brogues with a fur coat, that's if i'd even ever buy it
though, £75 for some chiffon and pearls? No thanks, i have yet to start crapping money.
014. This is cute, however i don't like the short sleeves, it restricts its versatility. I do like shirts at the moment
though, i bought a red, black and green floral one for £12.99 a few weeks ago and i've worn it in all different
ways, £32 for this one though.
015. Now i'm not sure exactly how much i like this, i think it's cute and i love the colour, but how to wear it? Noted,
it's in the maternity range but it is nice and to take a blind shot at how to wear it, i'd wear it with black leather
shorts, black tights and tan brogues, maybe? I don't know, it's only £32 though.

I'm halfway through all of the pages so i'll post the other half tomorrow because this is already a mahoosive post.
